Brad received his B.S. in Animal Science (genetics specialization) from Cornell University in 2000 and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2003. During law school, Brad was an articles editor for the Santa Clara University School of Law Computer and High Technology Law Journal and a board member of the student Intellectual Property Association. Brad is admitted to practice in California, Colorado and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Brad's areas of practice emphasize intellectual property and business matters. His practice includes prosecuting U.S. patents, facilitating international patent prosecution, registering state and Federal trademarks, and intellectual property litigation.

Brad has counseled and represented clients in transaction matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, Internet, trade secrets, business formation and business agreements. He has also represented international and domestic clients in state and Federal litigation matters concerning patents, trademarks, insurance defense, and business issues, such as breach of contract, trade secret protection, and unfair competition.
