Sherrie M. Flynn

Sherrie has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2005, and she is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1980 and her Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law, with high honors, in 2005. Sherrie graduated second in her class at San Joaquin College of Law and was Managing Editor of the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review.

Sherrie is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association. She serves on the Central Valley Business Incubator Board of Directors, the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review Emeritus Board, and the Board of Directors of Sierra Challenge Express, Inc., a non-profit organization supporting local charities and the running community. She is also a Director of the Two Cities Marathon.

Sherrie has over 20 years experience in construction and mechanical engineering. Her areas of practice include intellectual property (e.g., patent preparation and prosecution, trademark and copyright registration), and litigation.
